Part of The Villages is inside the City of Wildwood. District Government places the lands of Districts 12, 13 and 15 in the City of Wildwood, in Sumter County, along with the Brownwood Community Development District, a commercial district of about 239 acres.

Check which utility is named on the home’s bill before you budget.
